I...I have the recipe a post or 2 prior to this one. I think I got it off http://www.momables.com/ somewhere. Anyway, they are called Energy Balls or Bites. You make them with oats, peanut butter, nuts, and you can add in dried fruit too. Or you can add in chocolate bits and what not. The recipe I first used also called for honey, but that made it to sweet for my taste. The next time I made them, I omitted the honey. I think it also called for coconut, but I did not have any so I did not add it.<br /><br />My minions thought they were oatmeal cookies in ball form. <br /><br />Since then, I have searched for them online. There are so many variations of them. I assume it is kinda like chicken noodle soup.
