First lunches of November

Colonel Sanders has a single cookie, string cheese, pb&j cut with our FunBites cutter , raspberries, leftover pork, and grapes.

Tyke has an airplane sandwich, cheese stick, raspberries, fruit strips, a cookie, and grapes.

Ahh yes, Clark. Clark is obsessed with World of Goo. To bad mama is lazy. Good news is, he knew what I lazily made for him. I have a "World of Goo" sandwich made with fruit strips and grapes cut in half.

The Elder was special enough to receive leftovers again. Fried pork (no, not my child), baked potatoes with butter, sour cream (separate container), and cheese. I also have green beans (frozen at this point still) and several cookies for his enjoyment.

First Day of School

I managed these 3 lunches in 15 minutes. I have to admit, it was helpful that The Elder's was partly leftovers.

Tyke requested Angry Birds. In my ELB I have Angry Birds sandwiches used making a cookie stamp found on Ebay. Separating the sandwiches are organic fruit strips. Also I added grapes, strawberry, carrots, some string cheese and a small PB cup for desert.

Clark wanted World of Goo... Ok then. I admit I am pretty lazy and had no intention of putting faces made out of nori on the grapes. Maybe I should invest in a food marker again. The background is made of sandwiches. The little Goo blobs are grapes cut in half, and I used organic fruit strips to make the little connections. Luckily he knew exactly what it was meant to be. Clark also has grapes, strawberry, carrots (he needs a crunch with every meal for sensory), string cheese, and a pb cup.

Poor Elder had a leftover potato from dinner and some corn (frozen). I had no clue on meat and had nothing left over. I had some hamburger thawed and little imagination. So I made a thin patty, put cheese on half and folded it over. I seasoned it, put it in a fry pan, added fresh mushrooms, and made my sandwiches for the boys while it cooked.  The Elder loved it. Yeah! It just doesn't look pretty.

Mama's first day of work.

I am now working part time. Today was a 9 hour shift which took up pretty much the whole day. I have to admit that I missed the minions eating lunch.

The boys had Biscoff sandwich cars, snap peas, carrots, cheese, ham, and blackberries. I put the milk down

on a lower shelf so that Tyke could help daddy out and pour some milk with lunch.

The Elder had leftover potatoes, lemon pepper pork, and AJ in sweet potato. I also have a sweet potato space ship and stars. To the right of that he has carrots, peas, and blackberries.

Yes, that is butter, real butter on his potatoes. I don't use that overly processed fake stuff here. Believe it or not, I have managed to lose weight too. It's all about moderation.

This is my lunch. Spring rolls made with  shrimp and salad greens, a sweet pepper, tomato, broccoli, and cottage cheese mixed with pineapple. I ended up buying some nuts out of the vending machine since I was still a little hungry.

My and The Elders lunches were in Easy Lunchboxes
The minions had their lunch in a little container that was found in the Target dollar section.

Soccer night bento part 2: The Elder and Colonel Sanders

The Elder is enjoying his dinner.  I put his in a Rubber maid food container.

This is little Colonel Sander's bento. Yummy! Little miss 8 teeth enjoys her big girl food a little to much. The peas were cooked until they were very soft and then slightly smushed, baked potato, grapes cut into small pieces, and fruit filled shredded wheat. Colonel Sanders loves her shredded wheat.

This cute little container is a side dish container from All Things For Sale.

"Mmmm.... It's fun to eat and watch my brothers play soccer... Or watch one run off the field crying every few minutes. Yep, that's fun too!"

Notice how dainty she is? Must pick it out of the bento with 2 fingers.
